How do I place an order?
Find a product you like on EastEpic.com.
Select your item and add it to your cart.
Fill in Customer Information, select a Shipping Method, and choose your Payment Method.
Do I have to open an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout without an account. Opening an account speeds up future orders and gives access to newsletters and exclusive offers.
How do I finalise my order?
You may be asked for additional security information (3-D Secure code) for your credit/debit card. Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When will I be charged?
You are charged once your order is finalised online. Apply any discount codes before completing checkout. If there’s an issue fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately.
How can I get a 10% discount?
Sign up at the bottom of any page on EastEpic.com with your first name, last name, and email. Your discount code appears on screen and in your email. Enter it at checkout and click Apply.
Which payment methods are accepted?
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
How can I see prices in my currency?

How do I take my measurements?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure carefully around the key points of your body depending on the outfit:
Salwar Kameez / Kurti: Bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length, total length of kameez
Lehenga / Choli: Bust, waist, hips, lehenga length
Blouse / Petticoat: Bust, waist, hip, blouse length
Tip: Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight, and take measurements over light clothing.

Add your requests in the notes while adding items to your cart. Common requests:

For custom stitching, select the appropriate stitching type and provide your measurements
Do products look the same as in pictures?
We try to capture real colours; slight variations may occur due to screens or lighting. Accessories may vary.

Stitching Quality
Professional tailors stitch dresses close to model photos and customisation requests. Minor adjustments may be needed for fabric or size.

Return Policy
Eligible within 7 days of purchase
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and intact
No returns/refunds/exchanges for delicate, non-machine washable items, custom outfits, clearance items, gifts (unless specified), perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or digital products
Restocking Fee
30% if return/exchange request is not notified within 24 hours of purchase
